Ya.....its even chilly over here. 60s. You see how I am AARC. I keep trying to get farther away from the cold. Guess i got to get even closer to the equator.

lol... it gets any colder and when you get back home you may wake up and see an RV in your yard :P

The roof AC's are like a big weight on top and they suck as well... eventually dripping issues at times etc,.

They never really were a good invention.

I lived out of that RV for years... girl and dogs... traveling from state park to state park with my boat... would wake up before sunrise and watch it... sipping coffee... getting ready for first break of dawn..... then when first ray of light appeared... Would drop in the hole and ride out... occasionally coming back in like for lunch at the RV... then back out until the sun would start to sink...
head back in... fire up the grill... throw on some steak or chicken... and watch the sunset...

Repeat.

Everyday.

Ahhhh..sigh.

You can eat it raw, or cooked it's very clean and safe. No parasites.......but all these palegic fish are high in mercury, so cant eat it every day. I eat it raw and cooked.

Here we got in fish from northern sea some kind of flat worms that is to find inside the flesh.

Anyway, I would cook everything to be on the safe side. I also don´t like raw fish or meat and the human body can handle cooked meat much better.

Lots of fish we catch have parasites but not these. We are very particular about our fish to, we try to treat and handle it very carefully when cleaning. These yellow fins are top dollar fish. The fillets are pat dried and then cut to portion size, vacuum bagged, labeled and dated. Now they can be frozen and kept for a while.

Hey Tom those flat worms are just extra protein !!! You have to eat the parasite before he eats you !! Plus if you cook the fish the worms get cooked too.
