Well today's the day again. I'm doing pretty good since joining the fitness center. Haven't gained but 7 lbs.

I'd probably be as well off at a beer joint.

Cost a little more though. Or I could take my treadmill to the beer joint,move a pinball machine over a go to it. I could stay hydrated a little better.
