I collect weird bills like that and I would say post on ebay should get at least $10.00 or at least thats what I would pay.

That's what is called a 'gutter fold' error, and yes, probably in that condition would bring at least $10 or so. It's actually a pretty nice one too, as it runs about the whole width of the bill. Good thing you spotted it.
