Posting for Buddy.....What's the Value he want's to know?

My Co-Worker Tom said he had a "funny" Dollar Bill....He alway's see's my CW find's and asked if this was worth anything?When he first explained it I knew he had something.....Brought it in today so I snapped a couple pic's of it and gave it back.Definetley folded while it was printed but the back seem's fine +/-....The "green" print of the serial and the seal are way offset,but why isn't the back affected as much as the front?Any info on the bill/reason's and the Value would be Greatly Appreciated......I'm sure he would like to know,maybe a lunch in it for me Thank's for any help!!!

Pretty sure this same type of "error" has been posted before... I can't think of the exact name of the type of error though.

Someone else will come along and let you know though, because I remember it being mentioned... I just can't think of it off the top of my head. You should check the old posts for it.

The back & the front are printed at separate times ...

My guess the back may have been first ~ then the "incident"...

I would think it's worth a few $$$ ....
