Very sorry to be flippant but it looks like a yummy dunkin donut, but that's just because I miss them so much, good find......😊

It looks like a simple piece of block and tackle from the sails. What I find more interesting are the sword and dagger. Were they found at the same location and if so, are there any curious markings on the blades for identification. Add a few close ups with measurements. This may help
 

Not very many artifacts off of sunken ships are wood, I would think....nice finds, especially the sword and dagger.
 

The dagger looks like a WWII bayonet. I have never seen steel from an old wreck in such good shape.
 

The large bayonet is French circa 1875, the smaller one is WW2 American, unlikley came from the same shipwreck
