PLEASE help me identify this Golden Turtle. Found on a beach in SE Florida!!!

I was detecting one of my favorite spots in South Florida on the East coast.. I went at low tide and saw that there was a section that was cut out of the sand and like 3 feet of sand was taken away from the last time I was there. So I went to that spot and started gridding it. Was only a pass into my grid plan and I found this... I have not tested it for gold yet but I believe it is...(at least am hoping it is) :) It is laying on a 1896 morgan silver dollar in the picture and weighs 1.25 oz... The numbers on the bottom are what I have been told could be possibly the free mason magic box or even date back thousands of years in china, india, and middle east... It was all absolutley hand done and it seems to be extremely old...

As soon as I got my hands on it I got the rush that it was treasure... I feel it may be off of the 1715 Spanish fleet or one of the other many vessels that sank in the straights of florida back in the day. Either way I am very interested in hearing what everyone has to say about it and I am going to get to the bottom of identifying it some how because I am very excited about it.

Any input would be awesome... Thank you! God Bless!!

Haha man you guys are pretty crazy with accusations and judgmental... I am new to the site... And I haven't had the time to log back in and I am being accused of all kinds of stuff haha I simply asked for help identifying it and backwoods bob is the only one that is being of any help the rest of you are not making a person feel very welcomed or really want to interact with you on this new site. I guess no matter what thread or site you get on you will always have people that just have to run their mouths and talk trash on others... I simply haven't been on here and to come back to these messages doesn't make a new member to the site really want to use it all that much.... I have received good tips from some and backwoods bob is the only person with any good insight and he is just simply being nice and helping out and talking to me about it. The rest of you I will not be stooping to your level and returning insults or making you feel unwelcome on my thread.... so I will leave it at this for now... If you simply get on peoples stuff to post your opinion about someone you do not know at all.. Just go troll around somewhere else on the internet... This site I WAS TOLD was a very good site and people are very friendly and try to help you out and if you can help any one else out it will be appreciated... Now I don't use sites like this much because I get annoyed easily about how dumb people have to be and how so quickly those keyboard warriors are to bash someone they don't know or attempt to belittle them... Grow up if you don't have anything pertaining to my thread or something helpful just go bother other people.... now as for the reason this site is made....

I found this in an area that I knew it was deep in the sand until the day I was there. I am not going in to too much detail but the beach was very eroded and I lucked out. If you think its a trinket and junk cool unfortunately for you you haven't found it and you can't see it in real life so just keep thinking that and move on. I know it isn't a invaluable trinket and I know its legit especially after talking to someone at the local treasure museum yesterday. So for now... Thank you backwoods bob you are spot on and there is more I will learn about it and let YOU know because your the only one that has been trying to help me through this process especially as a new member and its members like yourself that make a site like this worth being a part of... The other 30 odd posts with a couple good people in those as well but the majority is just people wasting my time your time and all the members time with their idiotic posts.... Until I make it back on again to chat lets hope people don't lose their mind and accuse me of flying out of the country and never returning now that I have my new found information with out saying thank you...
WOW!. Welcome to TN

Its not possible to be old. Its a brass item, in a salt water environment, with absolutely no sign of corrosion, that matches exactly with a modern Chinese trinket/paperweight..

Bob - Most of us who post on this forum are more than willing to have an open mind and learn more about the 100's of relics posted here for identification.

Can you help us understand why you think this is a Jesuit piece? I looked at the earlier posting with your markings on the Lo Shu square, but I simply don't understand what you are trying to convey.
I think he says it has a priest and a hat depicted bottom left in this photo.. :dontknow:

Nighthawk20 why dont you just take it to any pawn shop and have it tested for gold?

Big, I will try to show you the difference. His hasn't had it tested. It could very well be gold.

The turtle is well know in the treasure code. It had to come from something. Now add in some numbers. They are only good if you know what they mean. Just so happens I do. Then there the math and 15 is not the whole answer. I give you part of it. I show you the priest. I can't help the fact you can't see it. I will try to make it easier. Give me a min.

Now this should make it easier for you. The other ones are fakes. This is the real thing. There is more on it. The owl symbol is part of the face. The little dark area under the owl is the mouth. GOD'S CROWN IS THE HAT OF THE Jesuit. I wasn't yelling . Cap lock! The hat of the Jesuit is a priest that is looking in a direction. I'm not going to go into more of this for a reason. I hope this has answered your questions.

I just realized something. Those so call scratches are not that at all. They are the prevailing winds that are on the site. It's used as a directional indicator.

No trinket would have that information on it. It's hard to understand why some

I think it might help if Nighthawk would take his find to a pawn shop and have it tested for gold. Any pawn shop will do. Might be a reality check.

Oh wow. That's all I have to say about this. I would have offered that it was a neat brass trinket but I guess I don't know a magic treasure when I see one.
