Please help!! Id two items I'm stumped

The black one is not flint, and i have no idea as to what it could be!?

The black one is also much heavier than flint which is why I'm so unsure

I would post these items in the Indian Artifacts forum, to me the light colored tool looks like a skinning tool, the dark piece looks like a possible meteorite fragment, I say that because it looks like possible rust on the one side, but I know very little on either of these topics, it will help with an ID if you tell us / them where you found the objects in question.

Well they both were found at the same spot in north central texas on a lake... I also thought the black one may be a kind of meteorite but wasn't sure... I've never found something this size so heavy with pressure flakes though
