Planchet error

Hi, I found this cool dime with penny collar, anyone know if it's a dime on penny planchet error or what please?

Sorry to say just damaged. Either intentionally as in a spooned coin, where the coin is repeatedly tapped around the circumference, or a dryer coin where the coin was caught in some kind of rotating machinery, like a commercial dryer. It can't be a dime on a cent planchet, as the cent planchet cannot fit in the dime coining chamber. If you compare it to a normal dime, you will find it to be slightly smaller in diameter but with the rim wider from the damage. You can also weigh it, to see that it is the same weight as a normal dime.
