Very interesting.

I am wondering how a ceramic coin would hold up under everyday use - in today's world.
Not very well I am thinking.
Also in today's environment, counterfeiting of a ceramic coin would be much easier than a metal-based coin.

Cool.
But the site on the link wanted me to sign up to see it. Nope.
Searched and found an instant read one with no hooks.
