If its not hard enough trying to keep things alive in scorching heat here we have to also compete with the pests. Why chilli plants are number 1 attack by caterpillars and bugs here I don't know but they are so hard to keep up with at times.
Been seeing one of my plants getting attacked for a few weeks now. Today I found the culprits on this particular one. Sneaky.
When I turned leaves to look and moved branches there they were. Pretending to be twigs.

Wasn't laughing after being sprayed with an iso/distilled water mix!

'I call them inch worms,all colors and sizes,they inch along,what else can you call them?

Wow!! I have never encountered that particular pest, probably because I thought it was a twig also lol. Leaves still look good though.
 

Chilies and Peppers were some of the plants the pests left alone in my garden. I was talking to a customer last week and we got on the topic of garden pest. He told me his dad kept a few Guinea Hens and they did great at pecking off bugs in the garden. Sadly the Guinea hens came under an attack by a Fox he also told me.
