Went to check the tides at the riverbank yesterday and I couldn't resist as the tide got really low.
The best find of the day for me was another War of 1812 Infantry button about 12' from where I found my first one. (LINK to that thread. https://www.treasurenet.com/threads/poor-pewter-flat-button-found-on-the-riverbank.688468/)
here's an image of the new one.

Here's a group shot of the days finds.

The day started with a selection of different sized copper & brass rivets and the head of what might be a large brass one. Washers were attached to some. Lengths ranged from 75 mm (+-3") to 29.5 mm (1-3/16"). I hit one spot that had quite a few short (19 mm, 3/4") but sharp "tacks" with round heads and 4 flat sides on the shank, not round.

Lead items consisted of "camp" lead spill, 13mm (13.5g) musket ball, small 6 mm (1.7g), round "net" weight, half an elongated net weight that I mistook for an old hollow point at first. 😂

Last but not least is a piece of brown glaze pottery shard and a "clear" glass bottle neck and shoulder.

Thanks for taking a peak and good luck out there.
