I bet there is lots to found there if you can get down to it. Just looked at a Youtube video.

Peace rock in Hamburg PA is nothing compared to greeres ferry lake in Arkansas!

I was scared at first but then after you jump it's like wow!! it's like freefall for three seconds whatever it's cool.

I mean dive as in diving to the bottom to look for anything lost over the years

Parking there is fine. It's just hard to get a dredge down there

I'm late to this post but I wanted to jump into the conversation, since I posted something a few years back about how I wanted to dive in that area. I grew up not far from there, and I've been to that spot hundreds of times, and each time I think to myself "There has to be some pretty amazing finds in there".

So if you're still planning a trip, I want to go! [email protected]

Hey zen. I'll let u know. It's really awesome looking down there. I always thought the same thing too. But keep an eye out for some warm weather weekends. If it hits anywhere around 60, I'll be wanting to go. I have air capabilities on my dredge so we can breathe down there you'll just need a wetsuit

I too am open to joining your search at Racoon Rock/The Peace Rock… I have been there many times and snorkeled there with some paramedics in the past… There is s sunken structure off the north shore (across from the rock) I was told it was a boat by some and a bridge by others (can not be confirmed) but the structure is visible from the cliff when the water level is low… The cliff also has a (small) underwater cavern that can be accessed on days when the water is low… I don't have diving/dredging gear but I do have snorkeling gear and lots of experience in the area… PM me if you're still looking for a hunting partner...

I have the dredging equipment with air capability and 2 regulators let me know when you'd want to go and we can see if we find anything under there

I am up for this when warm weather hits. I have a whitewater kayak and we do rolls down there, we also do otters drops from the lower ledge. I have a wetsuit, 7mm gloves, 2 drytops, also have a helmet cam. I thought about detecting the area considering how many ppl go there and drink. I have seen stuff there while doing rolls, cell phones, sunglasses, rings etc.

Well I just need help gettin my dredge in there. My dredge has 2 regulators so i got u covered
