this is is about the 3rd thing i found near my grandparents old barn. Have not verified to see if it is true rubies or fake,or if its even real gold. anyhow, i was truly surprised..

update on post. Took ring to jeweler,and it is a fake. BUMMER. the guy who stated that ring says "avon" inside is correct. Costume jew. Anyhow,looks good anyway....

I found an old ring at an early 1800's post office that looked exactly like that one, mine was gold but the stones were garnets.Yours look like they may be garnets too
