Old West Bottles Customer Service?

I ordered a four-foot probe from them on the 19th and haven't received any email confirmation as of this morning. I've sent two emails to them inquiring about the order and haven't gotten any replies. I'm hoping they have just been closed for Christmas. Anybody else had this issue? There also doesn't seem to be a phone number anywhere to call. Thanks!

Can't help you with any contact info.....BUT hopefully you paid with Paypal, then at least you can cancel the order if needed.

I have never dealt with Old West Bottles so anything I say is purely conjecture. But from looking at their website, it looks to me like a "one man show" by its owner (Lou Lambert), so it's not super surprising that he doesn't put his phone number up there. However, if you look hard enough, you can find both an email and a phone number -- the email is in a few places, but email and phone are both on this page. It's an old page but the number may still be good, I don't know.
