I ordered a four-foot probe from them on the 19th and haven't received any email confirmation as of this morning. I've sent two emails to them inquiring about the order and haven't gotten any replies. I'm hoping they have just been closed for Christmas. Anybody else had this issue? There also doesn't seem to be a phone number anywhere to call. Thanks!

Can't help you with any contact info.....BUT hopefully you paid with Paypal, then at least you can cancel the order if needed.
