Saw handle Medallion Can't read the name very good,

I can't make out the lettering on it. Can you? I think it may be a brass medallion (label) from the wooden handle of a saw. The writing will tell you what company made it.

Looks like the company had 2 medallions, this looks like the newer of the two, maybe 1910's ish....
