Got this at a beach we've gotten shoe buckles from I think it's 1700s one piece cast with drilled shank either pewter or pot metal its heavy just need some help identifying also got the Tomball there with it dime for size thanks again

By the size, its probably in the early to mid 1800s.. the smaller they are, the newer they are. 1700s ones would usually be about the size of a quarter.
