That link shows a web site that is for sale. Is there another one?

Baylorhall, If I were a betting man and I had the time, I'd hit the sand and gravel bars along the Brazos north west of Graham towards Newcastle. As the level goes down in the next few weeks it should expose some goodies. Also some of the feeder creeks running into the red river north of town should do the same. Good luck, G.

My grandad's old farm outside Paradise, TX produced a lot of nice points and blades. Also you might hit some of the points of land jutting out in L. Ray Hubbard and other local lakes. (As long as they are not Corps of Eng.)
There are point types named for several communities in that area. Rockwall, Carrollton, Dallas etc. Also, there is a late prehistoric culture called "Wylie focus" near you. Its out there, you just gotta hit the feilds. Just remember, there always has to be a water source.

Baylorhall,
go to austin diggers.com and there are digs listed, i go dig with TJ jennings, he is a really nice guy, and also Nachos dig is also good.

You can find points anywhere in Texas. Go to rivers and look along the stream bed. Ranches, creeks, dirt roads are also good places to look. Try to find some place off the beaten path in a place where you are allowed to be. Good luck, and keep your eyes open, you'll find some good things.

There are many area's south of Dallas that produce good artifacts, many areas along the Trinitry River south of Dallas are good. If you can get south of Dallas out of the city area and follow the river where it borders the farming country and get permission there are many good area's along the river.
