First no-tobacco day for me (for some time) was on 4th Nov last year.
I still feel the 'urge' but it must only be in my mind by now. My body knows we're better off without inhaling all that shtuff.
Hang in there - it is worth it Mate :tongue1: even your tongue will look better :P

Commin up the 1st day of spring will be 5 years! Now if Jeff would just stop we be good daughter and her husband stopped a year after me! So it is real good for the grandkids!
 

Congrats AA. It gets easier. I never had a problem quitting smoking. I have been trying to quit chewing know for about 2 years.
