Number 1... Dano,i have no children.
Number 2.... I only have 3 guns not the numerous guns that you accuse me of having LOL.
Number 3...Just because somebodies picture is on a target doesnt make them unstable.
Number 4....Anybody pointing a weapon at a child,wouldnt you consider that unstable instead of the above number 3.
Number 5....In my opinion anybody making a target that resembles a child is pretty unstable themselves.
Number 6...A cop doesnt need special training to realize the situation of somebody pointing a gun at an innocent child thats playing in his or her own back yard.Thats where common sense comes into play.You do not pick up common sense no matter how much special training you get LOL.
Number 7...If I did have kids and they were innocently playing in their own backyard,and I saw somebody pointing a gun at them,which i knew was real,they would be dead.If I didnt have access to a gun my bow is just as deadly.

I think there may be another use for old Halloween costumes. Snow White, Cinderella, Barak Obama, ET, Scooby Do, etc. Would law enforcement be mentally prepared to fire off rounds at these notable look-a-likes? In a civil unrest scenario, a good costume may come in handy.
