You see, that was one of the parts that was confusing me. I don't consider myself to be a victim. Did you mean all liberals are victims or liberals that want regulations on the second amendment are victims?

Looping back to the original post. If murder can occur at a shooting range...posting armed guards outside a school seems rather silly for violence prevention.

Murder can happen anywhere. Mass murder is much less likely in any area defended by firearms. The point being argued is this:

An unarmed person is nearly powerless to stop a mass murder spree, while an armed person is likely to stop, or at least delay, a mass murder spree.

Almost anyone that agrees with that statement will have a difficult time arguing against having armed security in schools. They would also have a difficult time justifying armed security at a gun range because the firearms are already there and in the hands of people who know how to use them.

Never seen those videos of Americans having all those gun "mishaps"? Think you'll find there's a hell of a lot of stupid knocking around. Wonder how many of them were NRA members?

Yes there are lot of people that shouldn't have access to a weapon,idiots indeed,instruct them PROPERLY,no problem,there are enough folks out there packin that are responsible in the mean time,don't condemn them all for the few !
