RMG1976, thanks for your efforts, and for hiking to the location of the bat cave, and for today. And for everyone else, with their knowledge and input. (I'm a newbie, and new to treasure hunting). I watched all 6 episodes, and (originally) liked the show. It is nice to see these revelations, and to know the show has a lot (if not all) fake stuff in it. It seems this show has nothing really to do with reality, in reference to the LDM hunt? And is just a "show"?
Got my information - thanks so much everyone.
I'll have some photo / video of the black hand area - medicine wheel and various camp sites within the next 5-10 days.

P.S. I know from my bat cave expedition, folks were telling me to be careful, go prepared etc. I go out with a group of 5guys, including me, one of which is my brother whom is an Army Sniper home for a few weeks and brings his beautiful AR-15.
We've had rain the past few days, so probably some time mid next week. No slip & slides for me!
Ryan,
How about some video and/or pictures of your recent trip to the bat cave?!? How did you get there, by water or land? Please tell us more about your adventure!
Thanks in advance!
Hank

I think it rude that you went through my back pack.
You keep used toilet paper in your backpack? Man, you really took the phrase "Pack it in, pack it out!" seriously!
Mike
You won't believe this but I do pack out my dirty baby wipes. TP is asking way too much. You keep used toilet paper in your backpack? Man, you really took the phrase "Pack it in, pack it out!" seriously!

This was filmed in Tortilla Flat today just after you and your crew left. Its out of control here and people are getting way too caught up in the controversy. Lines are being crossed.

Your right!
Which one of them erected that statue on Weavers Needle? The FS is going to be teed!
Oh wait! Is that the face the old Dutchman told us leads to his mine?
That gold must be right there man go get it!
In the show, they said the LDM was like 25 yards from the bat cave with the cross in it!

And when I say road....I mean a paved national forest road. Be home in few hours and I'll get the videos together

I haven't seen this level of jealousy since I left high school. Many years ago. Its a show. Nothing more or less. Reality tv has little or nothing to do with reality.
Geez, talk about a buzzkill... WTF dude? Many here hang by a thread on the hopes and dreams of one day discovering the LDM treasure. They've spent the majority of their lives from the comfort of their arm chairs reading dime store novels, trying to decipher artistically drawn stone maps, analyzing Google Earth photos looking for every shadow or carved up rock that might provide them a clue... and then you come along and start busting all their dreams and fantasies wide open by actually going out there and taking videos and photos of what they've seen on TV, or read about in their dime store novels! What are you... some kind of fricking monster?

No, That's the Lost Dooky Mine!
