Howdy All,

Few days back I noticed that many of us had started Journals for
keeping track of our prospecting adventures, but they seemed to
be spread over a couple of the forums.

I asked Jeff about making a new forum for those of us keeping
Journals, as that way it will be much easier to find/follow the
various members journals.

They agreed, and the new form is right on top. 8-)

Not sure if the staff will automatically move all the Journals
to the new spot, but I've asked Jeff to move mine, and
hopefully we'll soon have an awesome database of prospecting
experience in those journals that visitors and members can
read, enjoy and learn from.

Any one else having a problem with the new journals threads automatically
subscribing when you post on them? I just posted to my journal thread and it won't show up on my
subscribed list.

Did you try manually subscribing using the "Thread Tools > Subscribe to this thread"
method? Could also be the server hasn't updated your subscribed threads?

Jeff,

My guess is that Sandman's Post may have been directed at any IRS, Fed Police types that may be looking in. If I started a journal, I would definitely preface it with the idea that my journal may just be 100% fiction, made up for the entertainment of the masses. Not to worry, I am paying my taxes on my full income! HAHAHA

I don't think anyone needs to sweat a few dollars in flour gold. No disrespect to all of those collecting flour gold....

Flour gold is about all i can find unless im getting some paydirt from someone else :(

As long as your expenses exceed any income there is nothing to report right? I think that is the irs definition of a "hobby"...I hope to graduate in their eyes to this being a business but not yet!
