New Fisher F-19 Metal Detector

I get ya Rick. If I hunted at night with my F5, I'd be like a Tesoro hunter, working on the 4 tone selection. I understand the F19 has 2 tones, something relic hunters really want.

Not quite like a Tesoro hunter. Most Tesoro's have only 1 tone! I don't trust displays, especially on deeper coins, so I rely on tones anyway. 1 or 2 is not enough tones IMO, for all around coin shooter/relic machines. I would rather keep my displays than not have the option though.
 

I got no issues with any of the display machines I've used they all have advantages over each other, same as im sure the non display ones do. Just because u have a display machine doesn't mean u always rely on it, its just another opinion of what might be there

I totally agree! The info given by the display is definitely useful, and I would prefer to have it, over no display.
 

Are they as " chatty" as a T2 or F75 ?
 

After using my f75ltd for a bit now yes it was chatty out of the box when I first got it but now that I know what its saying its settings ect not chatty anymore

I agree,i see the noise as feed back from the ground which has become a disirable feature too me..
