Being retired, and enjoy watching late TV, I go to bed around one in the Morning and it takes me at least 2 hours to fall asleep, I wake up around seven to feed Tippy, then I go back to bed. I get up around Noon. That is why you do not hear from me before Noon.

No, eat more fish, good for your heart.

Fish is good. So many ways to make fish.
Fried, broiled, baked, steamed, and Sushi.
No bad fish, even trash fish like Carp and Dolphin, good for you.
