Duck can be really tasty when served correctly. The key is the cooking time and seasoning. I will say, if cooked at the right temperature for the correct cooking time and stuffed with oatmeal....it tastes like fine cuisine. Unless (of course) it is a opossum dressed as a duck...then it is just plain bad. There is no dressing up the taste opossum.

Surely Wind won't try to fool us. I have a half grown possum sneaking in to swipe dog food about every night. I would eat dog food before I would eat possum.

Speaking of opossums, this little guy (or gal) was by my front door a few nights ago. I left it a little dog food and half a banana and it was gone by morning.

You do know that possums will eat thousands of ticks in the course of a short time. Chickens and possums can keep a tick population under control.
