Just wanted to update this thread by saying I finally got to meet Patricia a while back. She came up to visit her brother, and my wife and I stopped in to meet her.

It was instant big hugs and we were both really happy to finally meet. She was wearing the ring and promised she wouldn’t lose it again haha!
