Very interesting item...to see one from Russia. the metal appears to be zinc I know the German army used zinc to make many tokens/coins during the war and pre war years, but not sure if this is zinc of not. Zinc usually corrodes with a white powder like stuff. The lettering etc appears to match WWII german army items I have seen similar. (but not same)Here's one similar posted on a Russian forum. Through translating that comments I think they are saying it was something to do with clothing? Tool /equipment/property tag ideas above seem to coincide
