Came home here and Looked it up on tax list.
the Owner Lives in ANDOVER, NJ
so Hopefully he dosn't care.

It's in the 1875 Atlas. listed under the name S.LOY

That's all I got so far.
Tax records say 1880 but, Maby it's the second house there
or the Tax Records are wrong.

School May have been used as Church till This was Built.

That is one great looking old 1 roomer, Jeff. Hope you get to do it. Here's an Idea that might be of interest to you and anyone that has a school site to work. I attended one like that in the 40's & 50's the same one my dad did in the 20's. It had a line of 4 mature trees that had been planted by old day students on Arbor day. The interesting part, It was customary to plant a "time capsul" with the trees. usually in a small fruit jar. Offer to dig out an old stump and fill the hole for free anyone!
