MY FIRST FIND EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got my metal detector at the first of the month and have had very little time to figure out how it works. Today I bought a metal detecting permit from parks and wildlife , and headed to a local park. I was digging up pop can tabs and wires for about two hours, then four inches down i found this. Could use a little assistance identifying once i get better pictures. Civil war era?

Can not see very clear but it does look like your standard CW bullet.

Neat bullet, I do not think it is a mini though, to small, solid base. Looks like it may be a pistol bullet. What does it measure? A mini is going to be just a tad over 1/2", 58Cal.

Oh by the way, no pistol ball that comes to mind has a dish base like the one you found. and the only two ringer with dish base that I know of is the Burnside. Keep on digging if that one is there, there are more to be found, I nomaly dig everything above the iron signal in a relic spot.
