I have had the AT gold for a little over a month and I am 3 silver rings, 1 stainless ring, 1 copper ring (Rose Gold?) and this beauty of a gold ring.
plus 6 silver dimes (4 Mercury 1928-1944) and 6 wheat pennys (oldest 1921)

Love this detector.100_2643 (1024x764).jpg

A coworker brought in an ultrasonic cleaner, so I thought I would post a couple of cleaned up pictures.
I am still in shock......100_2688 (1280x955).jpg100_2692 (1280x957).jpg100_2695 (1280x853).jpg

Me and mine looked at a ring the other day she's wanting a new one it was 17 thousand and it was by no means as nice as ur ring is great find. Oh I was not gonna buy a 17k dollar ring.

I heard it is bad luck to have someones rings on your fingers.

Only if it belonged to a mobsters wife Great find

Sent from my iPhone using TreasureNet

Now that is an impressive ring and the ice sends shivers down my back. I have found diamond rings but that one is a real beauty. Congrats on the great find.

I'm looking forward to the day I find a ring like that. Sweet find. HH

Thanks to all.
I hope I can top it someday, but just getting out a finding some clad is still fun.

That's got a real unique, interesting setting. I wonder if it's old. Gorgeous!!!

So it is now October did I miss the apprasil? Beautiful looking. Are the stones free of inclusions and carbon?

Amazing ring! It may be the best ring you'll ever find, but you'll find plenty of other groovy, interesting items, including rings. Thrill of the hunt! HH Andi

Sorry Tnmountains, I am still working out of town and my wife is afraid to let the jeweler keep the ring to appraise it. My wife is afraid that for some reason she will not get the ring back, and could not prove our ownership since I do not have any paperwork on it.

Have you ever heard of these kind of problems with jewelers?

I hope to take care of it when I get home.

Thought I would give a little update, due to this being the most significant item that I have found metal detecting, in the water or on land.

My wife bought me a diamond tester and a gold test kit.
The diamonds test good and the gold tested at least 14k.
I snuck it out to have it looked at one time, but a mall jewelry store is the only place I stopped.
I told the jeweler my story of how it was found, but he probably thought it was stolen.
The jeweler looked at it for a few minutes and offered me $3,500 for the ring.
Needless to say, my wife wears it almost every day.

Good luck to all.

That's what its all about!!!!!!! Good find

I always wonder that most people with rings like that probably got insurance on it and were compensated!!!Ive returned 2 rings I do always hope there is no name on em lol my turn next

I have returned several rings.
Most of them were requests to help find their lost wedding rings while I was detecting at the beach.
Luckily, I have always been able to find them.
Its nice to give back something that means so much to someone.
