Hi,
thanks for yours posts :)
Parts of this items which I show earlier can tie with this village (Roman coins, bronze buckle and other). I know that this is not end and I will show next items of this place.

Rammjäger, I am not specialist but I think that your medal is coming from XIX century. It is hard explicitly to determine what period the medallion is coming from, a few my religious medals it is a like made as your and there are dates.
If you will let me use your photo's I will send them to the person in Poland which is dealing with religious medals and he will identify this medals.

Not only are they nice finds, but you take great photographs!

Hi Marek,

Great finds! It looks like Poland is virgin territory for metal detecting.

nice im amazed at your finds and your english is superb keep up the good work

Laying between Germany and Russia, Poland has seem more fighting than most other countries put together. All very sad, but great for a collecter like yourself.

You look like your a pro in those field digs, I can see why you have been recognised by your Government, well deserved! and thanks for sharing!

Hello Marek! You've got some very nice finds there!
My father is Polish he might translate some of the text later....
True Poland has seen a lot of wars and of course there are some good finds to be found with all the hisotry and action that has been going on there. :)

Cheers,
Eu

because of its location between germany and russia --poland has been the "battlefield" many many times over the years ---sometimes poland was a free country--- at others times run by other countries (like russia) or even split up by other counties (like the 3 pwer split up) but the polish people are tough and are a independant country once again , finally .
It is good that your govt has awarded you for your efforts to help find your countries "history" --one item at a time before "new" development buries it forever --if only more govt people were as smart and freindly towards metal detectorist -- the finds that could be found!! --- Ivan
