Good evening everyone. I have so much to post and talk about I guess I'll let the pictures do the talking for me. 2 days of hunting a 2 different places. I'll try to post the best I can without mixing them up. My newest place I have permission to hunt: the 188X House that I found my first barber last week. Needless to say I found another one (1905) plus 4 mercs (1925,1936,1943,1944) 2 Rosie's 1952, 1954 and a bunch of Wheaties . The oldest was 1910. Too many to post dates . Have to clean them too. Most are early 1900's. No Indians today. Also found 1 no date buffalo and 5.00 plus in clad. My best find was the gold ring....... missing the stones. Appears to be pretty old. I looked hard but no luck The other ring was a copper cosmetic ring. Plated as the inside showed some scoring. The button has a makers mark of, "Treble Guilt" Any Idea on age?? The shank broke off while cleaning it .
Here are the wheat dates:1911,1616(2), 1918(2) 1919, 1919S, 1920(4) 1921,1921S, 1925, 1930, 1934, 1935, 1936, 1937,(2) 1941D, 1941(2), 1942(2), 1943, 1944S, 1945,(2) 1946(2), 1945D, 1947D(2), 1949, 1950D, 1951, 1951D(2), 1953D, 1955D, 1956D(2), 1957D, 1958D
The rest of the finds were found at an old home site which I hunted a little in the fall before the corn stubble was cut. Today it was a little easier to hunt after it dried out from winters fury. The house was there at least in 1876 when the maps I obtained showed the house. But I am really unsure if another was built after that because all of the coins were early 1900's. I found no pre-1900 coins here so I wonder. Once the field is plowed and disc I'll return before the beans go in. Lots of debris laying everywhere. Brick, glass, etc.
Thanks for looking. Hope there isn't too many pictures. Sorry about the story and pics being out of sequence. Ron

The silver, rings and much of the wheaties were found around the old house and surrounding grounds.
The next pictures are pictures of the old Kenfield homesite. The house sat where the corn stuble has been cut down. My research has paid off. Found all of the relics, shotshell bottoms, knifes marble and the button. It has the markings of "Treble Guilt" It's a flat button about the size of a penny.
Shot shells are: 2 Winchester Repeater. 1 New Rival 1901, and a Peters High Gun. The last 2 I have never found before. The marble is my second marble within a week. I have to clean up the knives and look for ID.
