Moving to the Twin Cities area

In about a month I'll be moving to the Coon Rapids area for a new job. How's the soil up there? Gotta be better than what I've been hunting here in Idaho! I'm pretty excited for this life-changing event, although it's gonna be a culture shock. (Big city and all.)Looking forward to new opportunities and the chance to beep some unknown ground!

Dan, the soil should be easy to dig in, check out https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_MANUSCRIPTS/minnesota/Anoka_MN_1918/Anoka_MN_1918.pdf. Looks like quite a few parks there to check out. Let us know how you do detecting.
