Monster Shoe Buckle

Went to a spot everyone knows about and hits regularly. Only keeper of the day was this monster shoe buckle. Super deep and I thought coin the whole time. Was very pleased to see this shoe buckle come out. Well I think it's a shoe buckle it's just so big. If anyone knows what it is or if they were used for other purposes let me know otherwise I'm thinking iv found old club foots buckle. Put one of my other shoe buckles next to it for size reference.
