So my dad bought this at the local flea market.
Searched on the internet for about 2 hours and couldn't find anything too similar.
The cannons and swords make me think it could be Spanish or Italian but the crown makes me wonder if it's English.
However, I will say this may be one of the most simple crowns I've ever seen on a button. Most of them are more elaborate and actually resemble crowns instead of just a few lines sticking out of a hat.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

I don't recognize your button but looking at the back, I would say it is not too old.

It's actually not a crown, that's the flaming ball design that's found on a lot of different military emblems. I don't recognize that particular button design though.

Might be a WWI button.... i don't have my WWI button book with me right now. Hope others can ID it.

I would opine that it's a civilian fashion button, using the ordnance/artillery flaming bomb and crossed cannons, but then with cavalry's crossed swords thrown in for extra coolness.

If its not a fashion button, it makes me think French.
