Slag is a term covering many types of rock-like manufacturing wastes. In my opinion, that is your first rock.

Your second rock is a natural stone with a lot of weathering. If the lighting in your images was adequate, I, or someone else, might be able to give an accurate identification.

Time for more coffee.

oke, turner out both stones are not meteorites at all

When i went to the spot where i found the first rocks to dump them back there. I spotted this little weathered rock. but with my luck it probably is nothing again.
