The reverse reads:

VOT V MVLT​

Latin abbreviation: Votis Quinquennalibus Multis Decennalibus - vows (prayers) on the fifth anniversary [of the emperors rule], more for his [hoped for] tenth anniversary.
Fifteen emperors used that on their coins (that narrows it down......)
Don in SoCal
PS: But 5 of those 15 were in silver only; ergo, the field is down to ten candidates.
