Any ideas as to what this is? It is just under 12" long. Cast iron. Weight 1 lb. 12 oz. It has extra spiked cog things that were wrapped around it when I found it. I took the screw off one side in the last photo. Both sides are identical. It's like some sort of handle lever thing I think. But I could be totally wrong. It appears as if the teeth are pretty worn on the ones that are on the piece itself as compared to the new ones. This was found in an old lady hoarder type house in the shed in the backyard along with regular old tools, wrenches, hammers etc..
