Louisburg, N.C. men believe they have found $18,483 in civil war gold

just be carefull. digging up some pieces does not proff your claim, be carefull of NC laws, you know it is there, now make the description of the dig site legal with your name on it, just to be ok that way. for protection purposes only is what I meant.

That way there are no doubts you fond it. And proved it by law. I am not sure but, but I believe you will not be able to keep it anyway, due to Fed. Laws about holding gold, but the finders fees may be very large and worth it for you. Just be carefull with it. Goverments are trickisters, and I am sure you already know about this though. Reguards.

I hope that it will all work out someday for Franklin before he dies. God bless him.

"Believe they found". What a joke. You either have FOUND something and have it in your hand or you have nothing. Maybe if I believe I have a new corvette sitting in my drive way it will mysteriously appear tomorrow. About as much chance of these two finding a single coin of "confederate gold".

I agree :headbang:show me 1 Confederate gold coin and I will jump off that bridge. :occasion18:

Why this thread has been allowed to go 4 pages is beyond belief. Either something is found, or it is a speculation, and if this huge amount of property had really been found, and recovered, announcing on a public forum would be the last place to take it.

Please allow me to say....good luck in your endeavors, HH, but I doubt the National Debt will be paid down anytime soon

Should any investor wish to contact us we would be more than glad to talk with you.

I won't be loaning out equipment. Maybe some dig advice but no equipment unless on private land with permission

I'm sure if they believed you they would be doing stories. Look at all the national attention 48 gold cobs have garnered this week. But then, those were actually found.

Well said jason

How easy would that sell. Very simple if you had the proof

Just dig one up! Its strange that no one believes you, but it would be even stranger if someone DID believe you. Scares on a tree? You will need more than that.

I love the idea of this confederate gold thing. One thing i've noticed reading all these stories on tnet, is no one who asks the govt permission ever gets anything.
There's a lesson to be learned there. Mel Fisher looked for years and years, and only after he had proven he found it, was he able to fight for his rights to it. I hate to say
it, but sometimes doing the right thing is the wrong thing. If I truly believed I had found a horde this size. Oh boy, you wouldn't find me on Tnet or any channel advertising it. Just sayin -

No matter how anti government most on this site are, sometimes the government has real reasons for not letting people dig in grave yards and under overpasses. One reason is the obvious danger of digging in these places, not to the diggers, but to the public. But probably the biggest reason, is they cannot give permission to every nut case that comes along.

... We found 58 of the largest treasures in this countries history and no one will listen. If anyone can get any television stations to contact us and do a documentary we will furnish all the information for a few hours of history research that will amaze the scholars as well as critics. This is real as it gets.
You should contact- Bray Entertainment If they would do a show on BDD's pirate cache next to I-75 and Confederate gold buried at "Cloud Mountain" next to I-75,they would probably do a show on your claims.

Anyone with a lick of sense would not be advertising a find worth billions of dollars.

Much less without actually finding it.

When you have actually RECOVERED this treasure, franklin, then talk about it.

Until then, you have a good career possibility as a writer of fiction. :occasion14:

Get the Danville Register and Bee newspaper August 19, 2013 Headlines. godanriver

Nothing but yet more baseless CLAIMS. Until you actually dig something up and hold it in your hands for a photograph, you haven't found anything.

I read the article. It just re-states the claims you made in this thread. There is no additional evidence. Just re-stating your claims over and over again doesn't make it so. Good luck to you.
