Looking for ID on old bayonet

Hi all,

I really enjoy this site and check it out on a regular basis. I never really had a need to sign up though.

Not sure if anyone here can help me with this, but I found a pretty old looking bayonet among a bunch of what was mostly junk while cleaning out my grandparents attic. Perhaps someone here specializes in this sort of thing and can ID it for me. It's about 20" long. There are two stamps on one side of the blade(pictured)

Japanese Type 30 variation. ooooold thread I know but I actually know what that is so...

Looks like Grampa may have brought that back from the war.
