I am sure it is worth a lot more to you then you could sell it for, broken pieces are really worth very little....Might be a nice area to search tho....
 

My guess is it wasn't an "arrowhead", per se, and was most likely a Knife and maybe a Cobbs Blade. Very nice material. I love that bullseye. I wonder if the material is Sonora?
 

Cool knife with the bullseye bonus, I am guessing that was larger at one time and has been broke and reworked .
