Lead Bottle? Please help identify.

I found this yesterday while metal detecting at a church that is about 175 years old. I am almost sure it is made from lead, it is a bottle of some sort, very heavy to be so small.

It seems to be shaped the same on inside as outside.

Thank You I am new to detecting and almost didn't keep it. I am so glad I did now. It is quite heavy so I strongly suspect it is made from lead.

Baptist church that I was told was used as a civil war hospital. The church was built in 1840's.
