Hit a old farmstead in the park woods this weekend. Stone chimney is all that is left standing.

Got an awesome 30-31 signal only 4” deep in the area that would have been the side yard.

It is slightly curved. Too big for a walking staff badge. I think it might be an old bicycle head badge, but was not able to find a match. Any ID help/guesses appreciated.

Also found 4 flat buttons in this section of the woods.

I was surprised with the dandy button. I think a button like this dates to the late 1700’s.

Here is the handful.

I think the silver washed piece is half of a cuff link and also a partial suspender clip with some fancy.

This piece has me intrigued.

If it was a spoon the maker stamps would be on the stem, right? The notch seems intentional. Is this some kind of tool?

Oh, I did dig one mandatory spoon...

It was fun to get into some real old stuff again. (For W PA) Will go back when the weeds clear out a bit more for sure.

Good luck out there!

Congratualtions on the great very productive relic hunt! :occasion14:

Dandy bunch of finds there, that LC is an oldie!

Nice finds. I think the badge might be more for an old vehicle on the radiator cap. They were personalized with the owners initials. imagesALXCJZ9P.jpgimages.jpg
