Knap-in Coming Soon!

The Devils Hole knap-in at Pleasant Ridge Park in Fairview Hgts IL is coming next weekend. Earlybirds arrive Thu June 1st. Fri and Sat are biggest days. Activities end by about 11 am Sunday when people start packing up. $5 fee for knappers, no fee for visitors. This is the oldest knap-in in the Midwest and has been going on every year since 1980.
I haven’t knapped since 2007 but am attending to unload a 22 yr accumulation of flint, agate, tools and other knapping supplies!

A new show is coming to the Gateway Convention Center ( (gatewaycenter.com) (630)824-8902 ) by another previous post that I'm without a doubt going to attend on March 14-15 I can't wait !
