I ventured back to the area I found the King James Hammered penny and about 100 feet away I found a King James hammered silver sixpence. I could not believe my eyes! I continued on to find a US plate, civil war bullets, a pommel and much more. Check out the video here

Congrats on another great find. I like to think there are some in the ground here on the Eastern shore of Maryland but the earliest settlement near me wasn't until 1630 and there wasn't really many people in this area until around 1680. I do recall seeing a youtube video where one was found in Maryland but it was so wiped it was probably dropped well into the 1700s. Yours look to have dropped early on. Do Charles I hammered turn up down there?
