Just dug this penny. Anyone know if this is a King George the 1st or 2nd Half Penny? I think the date is 1738. I haven't been out much in the last month, the last four days we have been in a heat wave here in Boston. I was in the beating sun for about 1 1/2 hours and dug this in the dry dirt. I was about to pass out from the heat, then this coin gave me the motivation to leave. I was very excited finding this bad boy. Keep the faith. :wink:
