You know, having done that MANY TIMES I will actually accept it as an excuse. When I first started detecting we hunted pretty much all day on every Sunday. It just so happened I worked pretty much every Sunday night at 10pm or midnight. If we had a good day detecting it wasn't so bad going in... but what it was a bad day detecting it was a brutal night at work. I remember dozens and dozens of nights going in more tired than I should have been even getting off my shift. Walking zombie.
PS... and my detecting Sunday usually followed the Saturday night drunk. Looking back I have no idea how I did it.
