We find tons of those fossils. I call them sand worms but not sure what they really are. The small black blade is Noveculite. It's a type of chert unique to Arkansas.
 

You did better than I did; the black blade is cool.
Thanks. I thought so too. It was just laying there waiting for me. There was so much of that material laying around that it almost missed it.
