that notch looks like a sort of spoke shave

I wish I could go back in time just to ask the knappers the what and why of their craft.

looks like they held on to that one awhile, reworked, worn by the hafting, made by a not so skilled knapper that one will keep you guessing.

also - "strange type"

looks like a nice divot for the thumb while holding too strip sinew.

"unfinished products"
After looking at #265 i would say also this piece is not a unfinished point, look at the 3rd pic that you have covered they would not of left a protruding point on the left side unless you think that side is unfinished also. If that little point was left on it would interfere with penetration. I would say this piece is a little specialized tool for something. What is the length and width on this piece ? thank you.

The circular marks in post #288, in my opinion, are not intentional but occurred due to exposure to fire/heat. I would imagine a small crudely made point. I find similar "unifacial" points at a site I hunt.

this tip has undergone a temperature effect.

After looking at it again and considering your thought here, I am thinking it could simply be a stack.............It doesn't appear to be as symmetric as most spokeshaves I have or have seen.

white point

is Kamchatka home to any red or orange chalcedony (agate) stones?

Kamchatka is full of agates - white, yellow and red.
But, agates, emitted by the sea - have cracks ... chalcedony (and jasper) that the ancient man used to make products, was extracted
near volcanoes.

I agree with you...we call those "fire pop."
